If you're interested in establishing a vision-based product strategy in your organization and our assistance, you'll find all the necessary information below.

The Process of Working Together:

Below is an overview of our collaborative process, from discovery (ideation) to delivery (launch). We support companies throughout this entire process with the help of our product coaching/consulting network.

If you are planning to define a product vision and/or product strategy, we'll schedule an initial, one-hour discovery call free of charge. The goal of this call is to familiarize ourselves with each other and discuss your current challenges and desired outcomes.

The First Discovery Call:

The product lead (CPO, VP, Director, Head, etc.) must participate in the first call. Ideally, the CEO and tech lead should also be involved. If the CEO is unable to participate, we'll arrange a 15-20 minute follow-up call with them.

Note: A conversation with the CEO is mandatory from our end! We won't proceed without a conversation of at least 15 minutes with the CEO.

What We Need From You:

Regardless of whether you're at point one or four, we always ask two key questions upfront:

1. Who are your customers and what is your market?

2. Who are your competitors and what do they offer?

3. What (technological) future market trends do you foresee? (optional)

If you can't answer these questions at present, we'll work together on step one, "Product Discovery", to ensure you establish a product-market fit.

Follow-Up:

After the call with the CEO, we'll send you a summary of our conversations, your challenges, desired outcomes, and an individually designed proposal outlining how to achieve the desired outcomes.
